Africa Bespoke grew out of the conference organizing company, African Agenda – one of only a handful of Professional Conference Organizers in South Africa that has obtained the status of an Accredited International Conference Organizer from the South African Association for the Conference Industry.  African Agenda found that the interest in pre and post tours around their conferences was so overwhelming that they considered expanding into offering their own dedicated tour operator service.  Africa Bespoke was the result of this, and we have steadily grown to become a fully fledged Tour Operator, offering tailor made tours all around Southern Africa to many inbound travelers from various countries (mostly from Europe and North America).

We specialize in the personal touch, and try to meet as many of our guests as possible, when they visit South Africa.  We offer a full range of services to travelers, most importantly, the ability to match our clients with the correct properties, make accommodation, flight, rental car, activity bookings.  We also offer personalized efficient pre-travel communications, in which we are able to provide accurate local knowledge and advice.  And finally a pre-travel info pack with vouchers and full documentation, plus a local 24/7 contact person with the ability to find solutions in case anything does not go according to plan along the way.

We also offer a similar service for small groups in the way of Tailor Made Groups. Here we excel in planning a specific group tour or series down to the last detail, taking into account the specialized niche of the group.  This would include bespoke activities along the way guided by a professional Tour Leader or team.
